Who We Are
Basen Outdoor was established in 1999. We are located in the eastern harbor city of Ningbo, and are only 30Km away from the Ningbo port.
We have over 20 years of experience specializing in outdoor product manufacturing and have been working with OEM customers all over the world since the company was established.
We can provide you with over 40 different outdoor products for children, pets, and family use, with high-quality and safety requirements such as EN71, ASTM, and CCC.
Our technical personnel can provide you with professional service to design and develop new products from only an idea and customize and improve current products to meet your needs and requirements!
Our Products
We have 40+ products specialized in different kinds of outdoor products for families, adults, children, and pets.
They can meet different quality standards like EN71, ASTM, CCC, and so on.
Our professional R&D department can help you to customize them with your design and requirements. We can help you develop new products from a drawing and an idea. We develop five to ten different models per year on average for our clients.
Our Factory
Our factory has buildings cover an area of 20,000m²and been granted with BSCI, IS90002, SEMTA, GSV, FAMA, and FSC certification.
One Metal process line can carry out over ten different types of manufacturing techniques, such as welding, bending, and stamping;
One automatic powder coating line;
One Sewing workshop;
One wood processing machine;
Four assembling lines.
